Service Manager
Eric is an ASE Certified Service Consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the business. Eric is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in business. Eric is passionate about music, sports, traveling, and high-speed boat racing. Eric will be more than happy to assist you with any of your BMW service needs and assures top quality and customer satisfaction! |

Service Advisor
Tamson Lane comes to the Store with vast experience in the luxury automotive service industry. She is very well versed with customer service and brings great experience. When not helping a customer in the service drive, you may find Tamson spending time with her family or working on her home. We are excited to welcome Tamson to The BMW Store service team. |

Evan Kraeling

Evan started at The BMW Store in high school working in the wash bay washing cars more than a decade ago, and has been with us ever since. He has a real passion for cars and has his own 1989 BMW 325i, but one day dreams of owning an amazing M6. |

Shawn Brown
Service Advisor
Shawn comes to The BMW Store with extensive experience in the automotive and service industries. An impressive background in management and vehicle maintenance, Shawn makes a great addition to the BMW service advisor team. In his free time he loves to spend time with his daughter as well as travel with his girlfriend to visit family as well as new and exciting places. Having learned how to fly a Cessna 172RG on IFR at age 9, Shawn is never afraid of a challenge. His knowledge and determination are a perfect combination for our service department! |

Tim Gabbard
Service Advisor
Tim Gabbard has been with The BMW Store for the last seven years. Born and raised outside of Oxford, Ohio Tim is close with his family, even lucky enough to have his own brother as his Master Tech on his team. Tim is proud to work with a brand with such a strong history like BMW and to work with people who a strong passion for the cars the sell. While not working hard at the Store, Tim enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, family and friends and watching football. The BMW Store is happy to have Tim as a member of our team and know you will be more then pleased to work with him during your next service appointment. |

With an educational background in Automotive technology and business, Matt brings knowledge and experience to The BMW Store as a BMW Service Advisor. In his free time you may find Matt playing softball, working on cars or spending time with his wife. If Matt could have any BMW it would be the BMW E39 M5. |

Rodney Steadman
Service Advisor
Rodney has been with the Store for more than 5 years, you may recognize him from his role as Loaner Coordinator or as a MINI Service Advisor. With his experience his transition into BMW Service Advisor lends well to his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. A local UC grad and an avid UK fan, while not at work you may find him spending time with his friends and family on their farm, enjoying a good workout or participating in motorsports. |

Cyndi has extensive experience in the automotive industry before moving here to Cincinnati after an 8-year hiatus from the work force to start her family! Cyndi is originally from the Detroit area where she skied in the winter and sailed in the summer, but says she loves her life here in Cincinnati and truly enjoys The BMW Store! |

Retail Parts Advisor
Sean comes to the Store with a degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Cincinnati. Working for TSA for many years, Sean joined The BMW Store to fulfill his love of cars, especially BMW. In his current position Sean works at the front parts counter assisting customers with their needs and working with vendors. When not at the Store you will probably find him playing with his two daughters who will definitely be Daddy's girls as they grow up! |

Ren has been at The BMW Store for nearly 5 years now. Starting as a Parts Runner, Ren now works with customers on a daily basis as a Parts Advisor! In his spare time, he loves to play with his Australian Shepard named Marley, at the park. One day he hopes to have an E92 M3, and will be more than happy to assist you with your parts and accessories needs. |

Justin, a native Cincinnatian, comes to the Store with vast working experience. In his free time he loves spending time outdoors with his wife Nicole and their 2 dogs. With a baby on the way, Justin is soon to be quite busy at home! If he could have any BMW it would have to be the special edition Frozen Gray M3! |

Kyle has been with The BMW Store for more than a decade, encompassing great knowledge of BMW Parts and Service. His vast experience in the department led him to his current position, handling all incoming and outgoing parts for our 28 technician service department and large front counter. When he's not at work you will most likely find him outdoors, playing basketball, camping or spending time with his wife and 3 dogs! |
