BMW Store BDC Representative 

The BMW Store has immediate openings in its Call Center - two full time positions. These are entry level positions.

The primary responsibility is handling all transactions with the telephone calls and internet appointments that come into our dealership daily. Also included is taking service calls and setting service appointments.

The positions do require some evening hours and also require Saturdays.

Required skills:
• Good telephone voice
• Good listening skills
• Strong computer skills
• Dependability
• Some experience would be helpful, but not required.
• Flexible personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Safe driving record
