Internet Sales -
Business Development Center/Call Center
Job Purpose
- Responds to Internet inquiries in a
timely manner
- Promotes and sells BMW and MINI products: new
and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, service, and BMW and MINI-sponsored
events.
- Builds and maintains long-term, one-to-one
relationships with BMW and MINI clients, serving as the first point of contact
between the client and the BMW Sales center.
- Anticipates clients’ long-term vehicle and service
needs throughout the client’s relationship with the center.
Primary Responsibilities
- Check
e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Deliver messages
intended for other departments promptly. Notify customers that their messages
have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
- Oversee
the handling and distribution of all leads from BMWNA and MINIUSA.
- Direct
customers to product information resources, including those available on the
Internet.
- Coordinate
Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
- Achieve
unit sales targets for new and pre-owned cars and related products and services
from retail and/or wholesale clients.
- Submit
to management periodic activity and result reports, such as daily call reports,
weekly progress reports, monthly and annual reports
- Establishing
a sustained consultative relationship with each client
- Follow
up with clients and prospects, utilizing various methods of communication, from
follow-up phone calls to letters or customized brochures highlighting features
of interest.
- Provide
historical records by using and keeping accurate CRM records, forms, files,
etc. on area and client leads, visits, interactions and sales.
- Develop
new business and leads and increase client base through focused personal
marketing efforts that may include, but are not limited to, direct mail,
networking affiliations and telemarketing.
- Make
effective transitions from Internet department to sales department.
- Identify
clients whose leases will expire in the near future, and complete all required
communications with them up to lease expiration.
- Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles
to provide clients with informative comparisons. Understand BMW and MINI
Financial Services programs as well as competitive finance sourcing options to
provide clients with the best buying or leasing choices.
- Develop
comparisons and contrasts between competitors for use in client discussions.
- Demonstrate
a detailed understanding of BMW and MINI vehicle supply status from production
to delivery.

- Prior experience

Entry Level Service Technicians

entry level service technicians for our BMW shop. This position is performing
maintenance and safety inspections on our customer's vehicle's in a fast
paced environment. Qualifications include;
- Prior technical training (Vocational,
Trade school)
