Client Care Center
We hate making phone calls only to reach a machine, we know you do too.
The Client Care Department is one of the newest additions to our ever-growing center. The purpose of the Client Care Department is to ensure that when you contact us, you receive the information you are looking for, and you receive it quickly. You'll never have to "Press 1 for Sales" when you call our center. Instead you will speak to one of our knowledgeable Client Care Advisors immediately. In addition to promptly directing calls, our staff can help you:
- Schedule service appointments
- Provide you with updates on the status of your vehicle
- Arrange alternate transportation for you while your vehicle is being serviced
And from time to time we might be contacting you to inform you of any outstanding service for which we believe your vehicle may be due, or to ensure that you were totally satisfied with a prior visit to our center. Whatever your wishes are, every member of our Client Care Department will bend over backwards to make it happen, because they and everyone else at The BMW Store wants you to be completely happy with our center.
