Susan has over 20 years Customer Realtions experience, 15 of which with GE here in Cincinnati. Susan received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College and has come to The BMW Store as an opportunity to use her background in customer service in a new industry. Susan leads her client care center team and has helped all of her employees enrich their skills in customer service.

Carrie currently attends the University of Cincinnati and looks forward to a rewarding career with us. Gilliann Parker

Gilliann has been hard at work racking up 10 years experience in the customer service industry. She is new to our Client Care Center, but is eager to assist you with any questions you may have. She is currently enrolled at the Art Institute of Cincinnati where she studies Fashion Design and in her spare time you can find her playing guitar, painting or designing clothes.

Shannon is fresh to The BMW Store but brings with him over 3 years experience in customer service. He has received an Associates Degree in Communications with Radio and Television from the International College of Broadcasting, which gives him the experience he needs to communicate well with customers. When he isn't at the store, you can find him rooting the Bengals on with his friends at home. Shannon is more than willing to provide you with great client care and will help you with any questions you may have.
