When Maria is not working, her and her husband enjoy riding their Harley and spending time with their three dogs. Originally from Minnesota, that’s where her two children still live, giving her a reason to travel! Rob has a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Marketing and is there to assist you with renewing your lease or with any other help you may need.

Shannon is fresh to The BMW Store but brings with him over 3 years experience in customer service. He has received an Associates Degree in Communications with Radio and Television from the International College of Broadcasting, which gives him the experience he needs to communicate well with customers. When he isn't at the store, you can find him rooting the Bengals on with his friends at home. Shannon is more than willing to provide you with great client care and will help you with any questions you may have.
