Maria comes to The BMW Store with more than eight years of experience in the automotive industry.  The best part of her job, she says, is working with customers and doing everything in her power to make them happy. When Maria is not working, her and her husband enjoy riding their Harley and spending time with their three dogs. Originally from Minnesota, that’s where her two children still live, giving her a reason to travel! The BMW Store welcomes Maria as a new member of the team and is sure you will enjoy getting to know her as much as we have!

Lindsay has worked at The BMW Store for 3 years and is always working hard to help all of our customers. Lindsay's favorite BMW is the all-new X5! Lindsay will be more than happy to answer any questions regarding your current BMW or MINI, or help you find a client advisor to aid in the purchase of a new one!

Tesara has worked in customer care here at The BMW Store for three years and brings plenty of knowledge of our product and company to the Client Care Center team. Tesara will make sure your next service scheduling is as easy and smooth as you would expect from BMW.

Brittany joins our Client Care staff after completing her Undergraduate Degree from Southern University and A&M College in Los Angles, which she attended on a golf scholarship. She is a proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and plans on attending Law School in the future.  When Brittany is not hard at work she enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family.  She also loves to shop and travel.  Feel free to give Brittany a call at 513.271.8700 if you ever have any questions or for any appointment scheduling needs. 

With Experience in Marketing and Sales Management, Kristin comes to the Store versed in customer service. She will be more than willing to help you with all your needs when you call the client care center. While not at work, you may find Kristin spending time with her family, especially her two favorite nieces!

Kelsey Knight has years of experience at The BMW Store. She is a veteran in customer service and takes special care of each and every customer she comes in contact with. In her free time you will find Kelsey out and about – she stays active by playing soccer and enjoys running. If she could have any car, Kelsey would pick a BMW X5!

Rob has been with The BMW Store for almost 3 years now and enjoys working in his new position with the Client Care Team. He loves to play guitar, bass guitar, and plays drums in a local cover band. When he's not making music you can find him snowboarding and rock climbing. Rob has a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Marketing and is there to assist you with renewing your lease or with any other help you may need.

An Ohio State University alumni, Katie comes to the Store with a degree in Russian and hopes to pursue her masters in the future. She enjoys working at the Store in the Client Care Center because she has always enjoyed working with clients in customer service as well as in an IT environment. When she's not at the Store you may find Katie out on the slops skiing or hanging out with her friends shopping or traveling.

Whitney comes to the Client Care team with years of experience in customer service. She is a new addition to The BMW Store and enjoys interacting with customers on a daily basis. She’s a problem solver and when it comes down to it, won’t let a problem go unanswered or without a solution. When Whitney’s not working at the Store or studying at Xavier University, you may catch her reading her favorite book, Native Son by Richard Wright.
