Ric is a 15 year veteran of The BMW Store. He participated on the BMW sales council for 10 years and is known as a thought leader in the industry. The BMW Store is proud to have this experience leading our new car sales staff made up of some of the best advisors in not only the region, but the country. In his free time you may catch Ric skiing down snowy slopes or enjoying his favorite food, pizza, with his wife and daughter. Matt is truly a veteran of the car industry. Having spent 19 years in many different facets of a dealership, Matt knows what it takes to get the job done. His favorite part of working in the industry genuinely reflects his experience – bringing a team together to accomplish more than they ever thought possible as individuals. In his spare time Matt may be out on the Tennis court or getting his exercise at his own home, chasing around his four children. With three daughters and a son, Dad is always busy! Ed has been selling BMWs for 7 years now and has achieved BMWs highest sales award for the past 6 years. Ed has also sat on BMWs sales counsel for the past 2 years. He is in the country's top 5% of all BMW client advisors and is the #1 advisor in the market for the past 2 years. Ed is an avid BMW enthusiast and spends spare time buying and flipping houses. Rubin has been at The BMW Store over three years now and has proven his strong customer service skills. Rubin attended Northern Kentucky University getting a degree in Public Relations and Business Management. Rubin is an avid BMW enthusiast which helps make him a great client advisor. Rubin is our number one Client Advisor here at the Store for the highest combined average CSI for New and Pre-Owned.  With his fresh, honest approach to purchasing your next BMW, Rubin will exceed all expectations!

Peter has over 8 years in the car industry and is ranked number 6 in the market for top sales of new BMWs and ranked number 2 in sales at our dealership. He is originally from Connecticut and Hilton Head South Carolina before coming here to Cincinnati. Peter has received his Bachelors degree from Xavier University. Peter is a true BMW enthusiast, and will do everything to make sure you are making informed decisions when it comes to buying your new BMW.

Ian has had about 6 years experience in the automotive industry and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Ian has great knowledge of the BMW product and will be more than pleased to help you find your next new BMW. When Ian isn't selling a BMW, he's driving his own 535xi or enjoying some family time with his four children.

Caryl has always been passionate for high performance cars. Even at the age of 16 she longed for the new Turbo Carrera. Very familiar with BMW, her love of high performance cars brought her to The BMW Store and to The Ultimate Driving Machine. If she could build any BMW it would be a black 650i Coupe. In her free time you may find Caryl playing her Jazz Guitar and enjoying her other passion, music.

A true leader, Tim has been President of his Homeowners Association for 15 years running. He loves solving problems and finding the best solution for each individual’s lifestyle – one reason he makes a great Client Advisor. With each unique situation, Tim is eager and excited to find the best fit for every individual that walks through the door. Karl comes to us all the way from sunny South Africa and has over 15 years sales and marketing experience in the retail luxury-goods industry. Karl has a few great loves in his life: first his wife Tasha and their brand new baby girl Charlotte, and secondly the finest brand of vehicle available – BMW of course. Karl has been a BMW enthusiast for over 10 years and has personally experienced the pleasure of being a client at the BMW Store where he bought his Z4 and his wife’s X3 before finally giving in to the temptation of working on the other side of the desk. He says that the favorite part of his job as a Client Advisor, is seeing the priceless look on a guests face when they take the first seat in their brand new BMW. I know exactly how it feels and it makes my day every time!

With almost 2 years experience in the automotive industry, David is an avid learner and enthusiastic spirit for the BMW Brand. New to the dealership, he boosted on how he could tell the Store valued their customers on only his third day. Excited to share in those experiences and create new bonds, David is a great addition to the BMW New Car team. If David could have any car it would have to be an X6 with stunning lines and shadows – who could resist!
