Ric is a 15 year veteran of The BMW Store. He participated on the BMW sales council for 10 years and is known as a thought leader in the industry. The BMW Store is proud to have this experience leading our new car sales staff made up of some of the best advisors in not only the region, but the country. In his free time you may catch Ric skiing down snowy slopes or enjoying his favorite food, pizza, with his wife and daughter. Matt is truly a veteran of the car industry. Having spent 19 years in many different facets of a dealership, Matt knows what it takes to get the job done. His favorite part of working in the industry genuinely reflects his experience – bringing a team together to accomplish more than they ever thought possible as individuals. In his spare time Matt may be out on the Tennis court or getting his exercise at his own home, chasing around his four children. With three daughters and a son, Dad is always busy! Having sold BMWs for 11 years, Ed Besl has been named, time and time again, the #1 Client Advisor in the state of Ohio. He has achieved BMWs highest sales award for the past 5 years as well as sat on the BMW sales council for the past 5. With his incredible knowledge and experience, he is in the country's top 5% of all BMW client advisors. Ed is an avid BMW enthusiast and has worked with the Leukemia and Lymphoma society here locally in Cincinnati, as well as having been a key contributor to their Man and Woman of the Year event.

Ian has had about 6 years experience in the automotive industry and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Ian has great knowledge of the BMW product and will be more than pleased to help you find your next new BMW. When Ian isn't selling a BMW, he's driving his own 535xi or enjoying some family time with his four children.

With 25 years in the car industry, Jeff truly understands customer service, which at The BMW Store is our number one priority. Jeff shared that his favorite BMW is a 6 series convertible because of it's stunning design. When not at the Store, you may find Jeff playing music or spending time with his family or friends.

Paul comes to The BMW Store with years experience in automotive sales, selling his first BMW before turning 21! Paul enjoys spending time with his twin girls and has been happily married for 5 years. A student athlete at both University of Dayton and Miami University Paul still loves cheering on his old football teams.

A true leader, Tim has been President of his Homeowners Association for 15 years running. He loves solving problems and finding the best solution for each individual’s lifestyle – one reason he makes a great Client Advisor. With each unique situation, Tim is eager and excited to find the best fit for every individual that walks through the door. Jack has an extensive background in the automotive business and nearly 27 years of experience. After living in San Francisco, he and his family moved to the Greater Cincinnati area to be closer to family. While not here at the Store, Jack enjoys watching football and is an avid runner and weight trainer. Jack lives by two business rules, The  Golden Rule  and  The  80/20  rule, and believes that If  you live  by  the  first  you  will  prosper  by  the  later.  The BMW Store is pleased to have him as a member of our team. Brandon comes to the store with a love of cars and a passion for sharing in that love. He has grown up in Cincinnati and recently earned his bachelor of science in business management. Recently married, Brandon and Kelli are enjoying their life as newlyweds in their new home with puppy Ruby. In his free time you may find him on the golf course or working on the new home. Brandon is also a magazine fanatic, keeping up on good reads like Car & Driver, Performance BMW, and BMW Car.

With almost 2 years experience in the automotive industry, David is an avid learner and enthusiastic spirit for the BMW Brand. New to the dealership, he boosted on how he could tell the Store valued their customers on only his third day. Excited to share in those experiences and create new bonds, David is a great addition to the BMW New Car team. If David could have any car it would have to be an X6 with stunning lines and shadows – who could resist!
