From the moment you drive into our service reception area to meet with our lab-coated service advisors, you know your BMW is in excellent hands.
We have 10 Master Technicians who have met rigorous BMW standards in training. Each one is a leader in various service teams of other qualified technicians who make sure your BMW operates to BMW specifications.
We also maintain a fleet of 80 current model year BMW's which are exclusively used as loaners for you to use while your car is in for service. If you prefer, we also provide rides to and from work or home. We even will be happy to pick up your BMW and deliver it back to you.
When your car is finished, we clean it inside and out by hand. After all, we want both you and your car to drive home happy.
We have Saturday Service Hours too: 8 am - 6 pm!
BMW Fast Service. To get you in and out, Faster!
The BMW Store has just introduced a new program called Fast Service. The purpose of this program is to get customers in and out of the store faster than ever, who only have simple tasks to be performed in two hours or less. The goal of the Fast Service Team is for customers to not have to wait several weeks to get in for service for minor maintenance. Some of the service options performed are: Oil and Filter Change, Inspection 1, Brake Pads and Rotors, Coolant Flush, Tire Replacement and more! This new service even includes having your car cleaned inside and out by hand.
