Scott Klein is the leader and manager for our excellent service department and is eager to make your next service experience better than you expect. Scott has been here at The BMW Store for several years and absolutely loves the BMW Z8. Scott was awarded the 2006 Gold Profiles Winner and will exceed all expectations.

Eric is an ASE Certified Service Consultant with over 14 years of experience in the business. Eric is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in business. Eric is passionate about music, sports, traveling, and high-speed boat racing. Eric will be more than happy to assist you with any of your BMW service needs and assures top quality and customer satisfaction!

 Tim Gabbard has been with The BMW Store for the last seven years. Born and raised outside of Oxford, Ohio Tim is close with his family, even lucky enough to have his own brother as his Master Tech on his team. Tim is proud to work with a brand with such a strong history like BMW and to work with people who a strong passion for the cars the sell. While not working hard at the Store, Tim enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, family and friends and watching football. The BMW Store is happy to have Tim as a member of our team and know you will be more then pleased to work with him during your next service appointment.

Tamson Lane comes to the Store with vast experience in the luxury automotive service industry. She is very well versed with customer service and brings great experience. When not helping a customer in the service drive, you may find Tamson spending time with her family or working on her home. We are excited to welcome Tamson to The BMW Store service team.

Steve comes to the Store with 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is joining us as a Service Advisor for the Fast Service Team. Excited to start this new program at the Store, Steve is ready to assist in getting your car in and out of service, quicker. When not at the Store, youmay find Steve in his kitchen experimenting with his Culinary skills or outon the golf course soaking up some of our Cincinnati rays.

Jared recently graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio in High Performance Automotive Technology. He has also worked on the other side of service and is an ASE Certified and MACS Certified Technician. He really enjoys modifying cars for increased performance in his spare time and is looking forward to the 135i's release.

Shawn comes to The BMW Store with extensive experience in the automotive and service industries. An impressive background in management and vehicle maintenance, Shawn makes a great addition to the BMW service advisor team. In his free time he loves to spend time with his daughter as well as travel with his girlfriend to visit family as well as new and exciting places. Having learned how to fly a Cessna 172RG on IFR at age 9, Shawn is never afraid of a challenge. His knowledge and determination are a perfect combination for our service department!

With an educational background in Automotive technology and business, Matt brings knowledge and experience to The BMW Store as a BMW Service Advisor. In his free time you may find Matt playing softball, working on cars or spending time with his wife. If Matt could have any BMW it would be the BMW E39 M5.
