Alternate Transportation

When your BMW is in for service, we want it back up to speed in no time just like you! But while it is here being taken care of, we will take care of you too.

• Fast Service:  The BMW Store is a certified provider of BMW Fast Service and has a team of trained technicians that can provide the basic needed maintenance on your BMW in 90 minutes or less while you wait and your BMW will also receive a carwash by hand.  Our waiting area is Wi-Fi equipped and we also have personal DVD players with a selection of movies or you can enjoy a treat from our candy counter or just a soda or cup of Starbucks coffee.
  
  
• Shuttle Service: We can give you a ride to work, home, or the mall for shopping or a quick lunch while your BMW is being serviced and pick you up when the work is completed. This convenience is scheduled through our Client Care Center .
  
  
• Valet Service: We have limited ability with our staff of drivers to pick up and deliver your BMW from your home or office and return it when repairs are completed.  This is a service for those customers in our market area, and can be is scheduled through our Client Care Center . 
  
  
• BMW Courtesy Vehicles: If you’re expected repair exceeds 90 minutes and our other options will not work for your situation, we have a number of courtesy vehicles for your use.  As always, when you use one of our courtesy cars, it is at no charge to you.  However, your courtesy car will be accessed for damages and if there are any, those expenses will be charged to your credit card.  There is also a $0.15 per mile charge for fuel when using our courtesy cars (this charge has been decreased from $.25 due to the decrease in gas prices). We do require the return of the vehicle within 12 hours of the completion of your vehicle or there is a $100.00 late fee per day if the courtesy car is not returned.  Our courtesy vehicles are normally scheduled out up to two weeks during peak times of the year.
