COVID-19 Update

To our most valued customers,

April begins a new month, and with it brings a fresh perspective on how to conduct our essential business.  Our core value will always remain to provide an exceptional customer experience but we are broadening our horizons on how to provide that experience during this pandemic.

Of course, safety is always a top priority.  We have clearly marked areas for social distancing, removed and rearranged chairs in our waiting areas and have a sanitizing routine down pat.  Please help us keep a safe distance by noticing the yellow x's on the floor and being aware of other customers and employees, keeping at least six feet of distance between.

First, we would like to give thanks to our front line and first responders.  To the physicians, nurses, hospital staff, police officers, fire fighters and EMS, please ask about our First Responder pricing and how we can help support you with your automotive needs.  Just a small way we can show gratitude and give back to those who are giving so much to keep us safe.

Our sales & service departments are committed to working hard to make sure we can accommodate your every need and will remain open, with same day availability!

·         We are offering special hours for those who are at-risk:

o   Monday through Thursday from 6pm - 8pm by appointment only for Sales & Service.  This will allow the minimum amount of people here to reduce exposure to others as the Store closes to the general population.

·         Premium Valet Service for Sales & Service

o   We are happy to deliver your car to you, sanitized and ready to go.

·         Conducting business from the comfort of your own home

o   Our Sales Department can help you pick a vehicle that best suits your needs, complete with an individualized video of the vehicle you are interested in. We are happy to bring the vehicle to you to test drive, help you with financing via the secure BMW Financial Services portal, and deliver the paperwork right to your home. 

o   Our Service Department can review your invoice with you over the phone and send a secure link through myKAARMA for you to review and pay.  Via appointment, we can schedule a pick-up and return your vehicle when it is finished.

When you bring your car in for service our employees are sanitizing the steering wheel, door and shifter before it leaves the service drive, before and after a technician repairs the vehicle, again when the vehicle goes through the car wash, and before it is returned to you.  We also put a steering wheel cover around your steering wheel, a seat cover that goes around the headrest and extends down the length of the entire seat, as well as a floor board mat.  There is also a hand sanitizing station at the Loaner Car desk so you as well as our employees can sanitize your hands as you feel is appropriate.  Lastly, you are always welcome to drop your vehicle off using the night drop box. 

Our Sales Department is here for all of your needs as well!  Our websites have our entire inventory listed and allow you to compare different models to ensure you find the perfect vehicle for your needs.  Our Client Advisors are ready and willing to help you through every step of the way and make the delivery of your new or pre-owned vehicle as easy as possible.

Lastly, we would like to politely ask you to avoid coming to the dealership if you are experiencing any symptoms of the coronavirus infection: coughing, fever, shortness of breath, etc.  We will gladly reschedule any appointments for a more convenient time.
