Call Center Representative

Call Center Description

The BMW Store and Cincinnati MINI currently have a full-time position open in our Call Center.  We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and a sincere desire to help our customer with their vehicle's needs.  The basic function of this position entails taking in-bound telephone calls, making service appointments and out-bound follow up/confirmation calls as well as a wide variety of other tasks to help the operation of the business run smoothly.

As the first point of contact for the customer, the job qualifications would include excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients, being able to prioritize and multi-task, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast paced environment.  While previous work history with telephone experience is helpful, it is not necessary as we will train the right candidate.  

Requirements:

- Must be able to work mornings and a potential Saturday rotation.
- Computer knowledgeable
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem resolution skills

Parts Runner

Reports to: Parts Manager

 Purpose of Position:                                                          

This position is responsible for taking charged parts to the technician and to sign and pickup unneeded or warranty parts and take them back to the parts dept.                      

Qualifications for Position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • The ability to follow processes.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license with 4 points or less

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will act as a liaison between the parts counter people and the technicians by staying in close contact as he picks up and delivers parts.
  • Will possess the ability to receive a pick ticket from the counter person, accurately pull those parts and deliver them to the correct technician in a very time efficient manner to help boost both moral and productivity in the service department.
  • Will be able to pick up and sign for all warranty parts per the established QMS process #8b.06. This will mean that he will sign for the correct parts and make sure that the correct repair order number is on the part. He will then return to parts and store the part in the correct area within the warranty retention area per the same QMS process.
  • This person will be responsible of performing daily inventory checks on bins that will be provided by the parts manager.
  • This person will be responsible for the daily stock keeping duties of the upstairs parts department. Which will include putting away all stock in a timely manner insuring that they are put in the correct storage area for each part.

Working Conditions:

The Parts Runner will work throughout the parts department and service department and will spend a great deal of time on their feet each day or driving around in the Store's golf cart.  He or she will also be required to lift and carry parts with weight normally under 70 LBS. There will be on occasion parts that exceed this guideline and they should ask for assistance with those parts as necessary.

Valet Driver

Description The BMW Store has immediate openings for a service driver.

Responsibilities include driving our customers from home or office; assisting customers with loaner cars; greeting our customers when they enter our service drive and working with the service manager on various customer-related tasks.

If you enjoy and excel at talking with people, have a great driving record, and a good working knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati area, please submit your resume (including your work experience and educational background).

We have 2 full time positions available. Evenings and Saturdays could be required occasionally.
