I was very unhappy with my most recent service I received. This has not been the case in the past. I brought my car in to be repaired but all that was done was to run some diagnostics. However, when the test that was run identified no particular problem the service department declared that the car was fine without checking the original problem which triggered the service call to begin with. The car was throwing the same error message that I was originally getting before I was even home. I waited over 3 weeks for my service call. Now I have to wait another week to bring the car back in so it can be “fixed” again. I had even asked whether my original problem had been fixed and was told in a vague sort of way that it had when it was not. I am very disappointed.

I dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance. They completed the eork fastest than they predicted. I especially appreciate their video update sharing their visual inspection of the undercarriage of my car. All was good and they share information about the amount of tire and brake wear. All of the people who helped me had pleasant, can-do attitudes.
