I worked with Jonathan Kumar to order my 2024 M3. He is very knowledgeable in the process of ordering an M car. From the first time I stopped by the dealership and meet Jonathan I felt at easy and comfortable he would guide me the through the ordering process. I placed my order in January and took delivery late July. He was always there to answer all my questions and provided updates once production started. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Dean was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all - giving the time to the customer to ask questions and review well and calmly the options. Susan was terrific in explaining and showing how the car works - it was a pleasure. And the finances part with Erik also went smoothly. Left the store in pouring rain - with my new car dropped just outside the door so we wouldn’t get rained on and people waiving and being very gracious with directions how to exit the store.👏👏👏👏
