Please call our Client Care Center or Service Advisors to schedule your appointment or schedule online at The BMW Store. A dedicated service advisor will be assigned to you who whill handle the servicing of your BMW from start to finish.
When scheduling the appointment we have several convenient options and our scheduling department will ask you which option you prefer. The choices are as follows:
We welcome you to sit back and relax at The BMW Store in our comfortable service lounge while we perform the work. These appointments are typically for routine maintenance or any service work that takes 2 hours or less. The repairs and the complimentary car wash will be the highest priority in the shop to expedite the completion of the vehicle and get you on your way!
Do you need alternate transportation while your BMW is being serviced or repaired? The BMW Store has a fleet of 75+ courtesy vehicles for our servicing clientele. Our courtesy vehicles are normally scheduled out a week or two in advance and are allocated only for customers who purchase or service their vehicles withe The BMW Store.
Flat tire? Surprise issue suddenly with your BMW? No worries! We understand you may need unexpected service and a BMW courtesy vehicle may not always be available at your requested time. We will cover the expense of the rental vehicle through Enterprise Rent-A-Car excluding additional insurance coverage and/or fuel cost.
We understand your time is very important. The BMW Store offers complimentary valet and shuttle service to save you time and effort! We have a dedicated staff of professional drivers here to assist you in getting your BMW picked up from your residence or office and will bring you a courtesy vehicle if you choose. We will then return the vehicle to you after service completion, all at no charge. These appointments are typically schedule a few weeks in advance.
Once you arrive to The BMW Store for service, you will find two garage doors with SERVICE signs overhead facing the facade of our building on Stewart Road. Please pull up to these garage doors and they will automatically open. Inside the service drive you will find your friendly valet greeters at your vehicle’s door and our experienced Service Advisors ready to assist you with your service needs.
You will then be seated with your scheduled Service Advisor for the consultation process. Maintenance, repairs and estimated time of completion expectations will be set and you will then be taken to the loaner desk for alternate transportation, introduced to our customer lounge, or shuttled to your desired locations depending on appointment type
Once your vehicle is completed, washed, and ready for you, our Service Advisors will promptly inform you via preferred contact method. (Email, phone call or text).
Repairs will be explained and all charges will be adressed to ensure there are no miscommunications at the time of pick-up or valet delivery return.
Please pul into the service drive where you initially brought your BMW for service to drop-off your courtesy vehicle. Our valet drivers will know exactly who you are by the license plate on your courtesy BMW. You will then be escorted to the loaner coordinator at the chashier counter or to your Service Advisor should you need additional information or explanation of repairs performed.
