We have a 2017 x3. It’s our first BMW and the first time we’ve taken this vehicle to be serviced by the BMW Store. Deep down I was a little apprehensive about being serviced by a dealer. I have leased or purchased 11 BMW’s from the BMW store. Service at point of sale is always great. The service department goes out of their way to meet your needs. As a BMW CCA member they always honor the 10% discount on parts and service. In addition they send you a 1 to 2 minute video inspection of your vehicle, commenting on condition and status of everything with any service recommendations. They are able to detect issues before they turn into disasters! Joe Gettler has been my service advisor for over 5 years and is top notch. Thanks for all you have done!
