I had an extremely disappointing experience attempting to purchase a BMW M850i from BMW Store Cincinnati.
The vehicle was advertised as a Certified Pre Owned BMW, yet upon inspection it had multiple cosmetic defects, including noticeable dents and scratches that should have been addressed before being offered as a premium certified vehicle. When I brought these issues to the attention of the dealership, I was told they would not repair them prior to delivery.

Paul was extremely easy to work with, he had the car I was interested in out and ready to test drive as soon as we got there. He also called a few days later to check on the car and give me an update on a second key that we are waiting for. It's rare to have such a seamless experience at a car dealership.

This was our first visit and purchase at the BMW Store, and we found the experience to be one of the best we've had. Amy was a pleasure to work with, and the dealership goes out of their way to accommodate busy schedules.
We have been customers at the BMW store for 8+ years. They seem to have a better selection than the dealerships where I live. They are reasonable with respect to pricing. We have always worked with Paul and appreciate his responsiveness. Eric, the finance manager and Susan, the “BMW genius” are clear in going over the paperwork and all the tech in the cars, respectively. Even though we are only there an hour or two every few years, they don’t make us feel like strangers. We plan to keep coming back.
This is my 3rd lease renewal with BMW store. Jonathan Kumar was very helpful through out the process and made me feel confident about the BMW vehicle , considering that this is my First in the X series . He also found a BMW that costed me less which is a perk . Overall , a good experience again
