I have leased or purchased 11 BMW’s from the BMW store. Service at point of sale is always great. The service department goes out of their way to meet your needs. As a BMW CCA member they always honor the 10% discount on parts and service. In addition they send you a 1 to 2 minute video inspection of your vehicle, commenting on condition and status of everything with any service recommendations. It was a difficult occurrence that I faced with my 10 year old 5 series. But Nick Walsh, Dean and Rick worked with me and my wife to find a good solution. I now have a fantastic 2021 540xi that more than replaces my former great car. This is my third 5 series and have not been convinced of any other brand.
